Our Story

Atlantic Diving Services Ltd was formed in 1991 by Andy Holbrow after he moved to Achiltibuie from down South with 2 other divers.  He learned to dive in 1982 and qualified as an HSE Pt1 diver in 1988.  He worked on various projects in the South of England including the Channel Tunnel to France.

Moving to the Highlands 

Since setting up in Achiltibuie ADS Ltd has specialised in hand-dived scallops and mooring installations as well as civil engineering projects, hull inspections and propellor clearances. We have also diversified into the field of scientific / media work.

Our Team & Equipment 

ADS Ltd also has 2 fully fitted out coded dive boats available for charter.

This enables us to work in remote locations all over Scotland, covering from the Isle of Arran in the South to the remote Shetland Islands in the North.

We have a fully HSE qualified dive team experienced in a variety of diving work.
